7 Hours of Sleep in a single day Can Reduce Heart attack and other diseases.
A habit of sleeping less than 6 hours at night may cause a heart attack or a stroke.
This warning came in new medical research.

The research said in a statement that less than 6 hours

Research has been discovered in the study that good sleep is a faster and cheaper method than a
specific drug to treat acne.
During this research, 4 thousand bank employees were assessed, with an average age of 46 years,
and there was no history of acne.
Researchers reviewed their sleep period for a week and then split them into four groups.
A group was sleeping less than 6 hours, second 6 to 7 hours, third 7 to 8 hours and four to eight hours of sleeping funders.
Then, the heart disease of these people was taken with ultra-sound and CT scan, so that evidence of
blood vessels can be gathered.
The results showed that those who take less than 6 hours of sleep every night, they have a risk of heart attack or stroke than 27% higher than 7 to 8 hours of sleep.
Similarly, this risk was discovered more than 34% of those who were poorly injured.

Medical Journal of the Journal of the American College of Cardiology.
